Conducted user feedback sessions with customers to determine improvements to our e-commerce and SaaS offerings. Helped take platform to WCAG 2.1 AA compliance within one year.

Researched, prototyped, and tested improvements to consumer-facing banking applications. Improved client experience and satisfaction throughout their financial journey by optimizing account creation and money movement. Created libraries, templates, components for internal and external design consistency.

Worked with a lean team to conceptualize and launch a full redesign of the consumer banking applications. Innovated on key flows to ensure account security and ease of use. Created interactive prototypes and conducted moderated testing to validate new designs.
