Experience

First Republic Bank - User Experience Designer

December 2013 - Present

At First Republic I worked with a small team to redesign the online banking applications. I participated in user research from ideation through refinement iterations. Worked with internal and external teams to design features throughout the applications. In particular I was responsible for designing several features, maintaining prototypes, starting a design system, and running unmoderated user research. I consulted with other teams to improve the corporate banking platform and internal applications.


 Vendavo, Inc. - User experience designer

November 2011 - November 2013

At Vendavo I designed a mobile enterprise application for Sales Operative and Managers. I was responsible for the iPad application meant to help in sales negotiations and allow for collaboration. I moderated testing with sales operatives around the country to work out solutions. I worked closely with visual designer and developers to refine the app and launch it. I also consulted with the larger team to refine their flagship product and iterate on a new platform.

Intuit, Inc. - Interaction design intern

June 2011 - September 2011

Designed a new internal communication platform for “Design for Delight.” The purpose of the platform is to promote design thinking in Intuitʼs work culture. I was responsible for interaction and visual design of the new platform.
