Improved client experience and satisfaction throughout their financial journey by optimizing account creation and money movement. Created libraries, templates, components for internal and external design consistency.

Worked with a lean team to conceptualize and launch a full redesign of the consumer banking applications. Innovated on key flows to ensure account security and ease of use. Created interactive prototypes and conducted moderated testing to validate new designs.
User Experience Designer: 2011 - 2013
Designed and launched mobile application to support sales representatives and managers in daily workflow. Led end-to-end design process, including user feedback sessions, wireframing, prototyping, and developer hand-off.
